Sage runners garner honors from Skyline Conference

She became first cross country runner, female or male to win an individual crown at a race. Her winning performance at the Green Mountain Invitational in 20:32 for the 5 k race, also resulted in the Sage women’s team capturing the team crown as well. She was named this week’s Skyline Conference Rookie and Runner of the Week for her efforts.

Juan Reyes-Alvarez was named this week’s Skyline Conference Rookie and Runner of the Week following his 4th place finish at the GMC Invitational in 27:17, that helped the Gators to a 3rd place team finish.
