Sage Loses To Top Of The Conference Mount Saint Mary
Newburgh, NY - The Sage Colleges women's basketball team lost to conference powerhouse Mount Saint Mary College 36-89.
Newburgh, NY- The Sage Colleges women's basketball team fell to conference power house Mount Saint Mary College 36-89.
The Blue Knights shot 52% from the floor to the Gators 24%. The win keeps Mount Saint Mary College perfect in conference competition with a 10-0 record and in first place while the Sage Colleges fall to 2-9 in conference play and 2-15 overall. The bright spots for the Gators were sophomore guard Liz Donk (Phelps, NY) who contributed 9 points and 5 rebounds while senior forward Kelley Barnes (Schenectady, NY) added 8 points and 7 rebounds.
The Gators tip off at 2pm on Saturday against Skyline foe SUNY Farmingdale in Farmingdale, NY.
