Sage's McDonald Tapped as ECAC Defensive Player of the Week
Sage's junior goalie, Brittany McDonald was named the ECAC Division III Metro Defensive Player of the Week.
Troy, NY----Sage College's junior goalie, Brittany McDonald (Schenectady, NY/Schalmont) was named the ECAC Division III Metro Defensive Player of the Week. McDonald, who was also cited this week as the Skyline Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week, has racked up a 4-2 record in goal for the Gators this fall.

Jess Babice - Rowan University
Junior, Forward, Groveville, N.J.
Babice tallied nine points in a 2-0 week of conference play for the
Profs. She opened the week by notching three goals, including the
game-winning score in Rowan’s key 4-0 NJAC victory over rival
TCNJ. Three days later, she registered the game-winning goal and
added an assist in the Profs’ 2-0 NJAC win over William
Paterson.

McDonald had a career-best performance as she racked up 19 saves in
her team’s 1-0 win over St. Joseph’s. This was her
second shut-out of the season. On the year, she now boasts a1.67
goals against average with a .828 saves percentage in six starts.
