Bio
As a rookie with the Gators in 2011, Jose Miranda excelled on the pitch. He played in 20 games while tallying 5 goals and 6 assists. He added one game-winning goal on the season that was capped by both an appearance in the Skyline Conference Semifinals and the 2011 ECAC Metro NY-NJ Tournament.
A graduate of Bay Shore High School, Jose earned three varsity letters in soccer and led his team to a county semifinal finish. An honor roll student twice in high school, he is from Honduras. Both his father Jose Miranda and his grandfather played professional soccer in Honduras.
He is majoring in psychology at Sage and is the son of Jose and Iris Miranda.
