GENERAL: Came to Russell Sage College from HVCC.

AS A SENIOR (2025-26 Indoor Track and Field): Finished sixth at the E8 Conference Championships in the heptathlon with a program-record 4,122 points (2/27-2/28)...Set program record in the high jump with a 1.79m leap at the meet...Hurdled 60m in 9.31 to break the program record at E8s...Cleared 3.48m in the pole vault to better his program record at Utica (2/14)...Broke the program record in the long jump with a mark of 6.41m at Utica (2/6)...Helped the RSC 4x200m relay team set the program record with a time of 1:39.79 at Utica (12/6)...Part of the school record setting 4x400m relay team with a 3:44.09 clocking at Utica (2/14)...Sprinted 60m at E8s (2/28)...Completed 1000m in 3:07.10 and heaved the shot put 9.89m at the Conference Championships...Represented the program on the E8 Tomorrow's Leaders Team.

AS A JUNIOR (2025 Outdoor Track and Field): Established the program records in the decathalon and the pole vault...Elevated 3.30m in the pole vault at RPI (4/25)...Totaled 4,924 points at the E8 Conference Championships (5/2-5/3)...Achieved a mark of 6.13m in the long jump...Sprinted 100m in 11.93...Threw the shot put 8.69m...Completed 400m in 55.32...Finished 1500m in 5:34.99...Hurdled 110m in 16.97...Tossed the discus 25.00m at RPI (4/11)...Achieved a mark of 1.71m in the high jump at UAlbany (4/18)...Threw the javelin 36.52m at RPI( 4/25).
