Gabby Rowell

 

At Sage:

  • A Gator newcomer in 2017, Gabby Rowell arrived at Sage having excelled scholastically.
  • In her first campaign at Sage, she played in all 32 matches with an impressive 186 kills, the most of the freshman on the team.
  • She added 17 aces with 179 digs and was third with her 215.5 points on the season.
  • Rowell also had 25 total blocks on 25 block assists and had a .910 serving percentage to go on her rookie resume.
  • She played in 98 sets in 2018 with 141 kills and added 16 aces with 125 digs and finished with 178.5 points.

 

Academics at Sage:

  • She is majoring in psychology at Sage. She was selected to the Sage Athletic Honor Society as a junior as well as earning acclaim as a member of Sage’s Scholar-Athlete Team.

 

High School:

  • A graduate of Beekmantown High School, Rowell was a two-sport standout having starred in both volleyball and basketball.
  • A volleyball team captain, she was a First Team CVAC middle hitter.
  • She earned a spot on the National Honor Society and graduate with high honors with distinction.

 

Personal:
