Williamson helped the Gators win their fourth-straight game on Friday afternoon vs. SUNY Cobleskill. He led RSC, which never trailed during the 68-61 home victory, with 16 points on 5-of-8 shooting, 12 rebounds, and four assists.
RSC (7-2) plays tomorrow afternoon at Keuka. The E8 Conference opener is slated to begin at 5:00 PM.
Gator Bites: The 2024-2025 season marks the 16th for Brian Barnes at the helm of the Gators...RSC is in the midst of a stretch (Nov. 26-Jan. 18) where it plays eight out of nine games at home…Nine returnees combine with seven newcomers on this year's edition…Senior guard Noah Girard (Glens Falls, NY/Glens Falls) and Williamson were voted co-captains of this year's squad…Girard, who began the campaign seventh among Gators with 832 career points and fifth with 101 career steals, headed into his senior season as the program leader with 110 made three pointers...Williamson was selected the Empire 8 Conference Player of the Week for the period ending Sunday, January 5.
