Pair of Gators Compete at Williams
WILLIAMSTOWN, MASS. – A pair from Russell Sage College Men's Outdoor Track and Field competed at the F.I.R.E Meet at Williams on Saturday.
Freshman Christopher Whalen (Arlington, VT/Arlington Memorial) broke his school record in the 800m run with a time of 1:58.73. The clocking was good for 47th out of 76 entries.
Senior Stephen Fleury (Cadyville, NY/Saranac) sprinted 200m in 23.79.
Up next for the Gators is the All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference Championships on May 13 and 14.
Gator Bites with Papa John's: RSC has broken ten outdoor school records, seven by the men and three by the women this spring…The Gators set 19 new program indoor records this winter, 15 by the men and four by the women…Both teams finished ninth at the 2026 Empire 8 Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships…The 2026 E8 Outdoor Track and Field Championships were held on May 1 and May 2 at Saint John Fisher…The RSC women tied for eighth, while the Gators' men's team took ninth.
