Sage's Anthony Gerace Named Skyline Rookie of the Week
Gerace added another selection as the league's rookie of the week for his play last week.
Troy, NY--- The Sage Colleges freshman setter Anthony Gerace (East Greenbush, NY/Columbia) was named the Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week on March 1. The selection was the second of the year for Gerace.
He averaged 8.0 assists and 3.14 digs per set in two matches for the Gators last week. Gerace, who currently ranks third in the conference in assists and eighth in blocks, tallied 34 assists and 14 digs along with three service and two total blocks in a 3-1 loss to Mount Ida. He added 22 assists, eight digs and two blocks against Bard.
