Bio
As a newcomer with the 2012 Gators, Kelsey Woron finished the season as the team’s second leading scorer with 13 points on sis goals and an assist. She started three of 15 games played and was named to the Skyline Conference Weekly Honor Roll once, while capping her rookie season with a selection to the 2012 Skyline Conference All-Star Second Team.
A former team captain at Chesapeake High School, Woron came to Sage with an extensive list of scholastic accomplishments.
An all-division performer, she was a first-team Division III Region 2A pick, while twice leading her team to a pair of division championships. She earned scholar-athlete status and was a varsity all-academic team honoree.
She arrives at Sage as the recipient of a Trustee Excellence Award. She is majoring in criminal justice and is the daughter of Adam Woron and Melissa Pfarr. She earned a selection to the Dean’s List as well in her first year at Sage.
