Castleton didn't let that last long, as they tied the game up just twelve minutes later as Seth Dube found the back of the net for the Spartans.
The game stayed squared at one for the rest of the first half and most of the second, before senior forward Joel Tshiamala (Banyoles, Girona, Spain/Sports EDU/Marietta) hit a long one in the 85th minute to put the Gators ahead and clinch the opening night victory for RSC.
"I've done it thousands of times in practice, so I knew I had to do it just like that again," shared Tshiamala when asked about his approach before the game-winning goal.
