Pair from RSC Women's Lacrosse Earn All-E8 Honors
ALBANY, N.Y. – Russell Sage College Women’s Lacrosse had two student-athletes receive All-Empire 8 Conference honors.
Accolades, determined by a vote of the ten head coaches, were announced by the Conference office earlier today.
Junior Gianna Geraci (Averill Park, NY/Averill Park) earned a spot on the third team. The midfielder topped the Gators with 37 points on 30 goals and seven assists. She controlled 40 draws, caused 19 turnovers, and scooped 24 groundballs. Geraci, who closed the regular season sixth in the E8 with 2.50 goals per-game, led the Conference with 6.42 shot attempts per-game.
One member of each team was named that institution's representative on the 2026 E8 Women's Lacrosse Tomorrow's Leaders Team. This team honors a student-athlete who has emerged as a leader not only on the field of play, but in the classroom and in the community. In addition, they "compete with honor and integrity" and have distinguished themselves and consistently exhibit the critical traits as outstanding sportswomen. Sophomore attacker/goalkeeper Keegan Long (Gansevoort, NY/Schuylerville) represented the Gators (2-10/1-8 E8) on the squad.
