Gators Shut Out Host Broncos

Freshman midfielder Grace Drenth (Washingtonville, NY/Washingtonville) netted the lone goal in the 28th minute.
Freshman forward Rosalynn Sanchez (Troy, NY/Troy) registered the assist, while sophomore goalkeeper Hailey Blake (Schenectady, NY/Colonie Central) turned aside the lone SUNY Delhi shot on target to earn the shutout win (1-0-0).
The Gators controlled the action across the ninety minutes, outshooting the host Broncos 21-5. RSC also earned seven corners, compared to just one for SUNY Delhi (1-3-0).
Looking ahead, RSC (2-2-0) opens Empire 8 Conference play on Saturday at SUNY Brockport.
