Putnam Named to NFCA Division III Players and Pitchers to Watch List
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Russell Sage College Softball right-hander Annabella Putnam (Prattsburgh, NY/Prattsburgh/Mansfield) was named to the Division III Player/Pitcher to Watch List by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
The organization revealed its list of one-hundred-eighteen student-athletes from across the country on Thursday afternoon.
The list is separated into the 10 NCAA regions and is compiled by the elected members of the NFCA Division III All-America Committee with one head coach representing each of the 10 NCAA regions.
Voted on by the NFCA's Division III All-America Committee, the 2026 NFCA Player and NFCA/Portolite Pitcher of the Year winners will be announced on May 27 prior to the start of the NCAA Division III World Series.
Heading into the weekend, Putnam has tossed 34.1 innings across eight appearances, five of which were starts. She's logged a record of 2-2 with a save, while tallying 45 strikeouts.
RSC (8-6) is slated to visit Saint John Fisher on Friday afternoon.
